  • Lucas Country Cabin: $195.00
  • Shugpops: $145.00

Weekly Rate:

  • Lucas Farm House: $975.00
  • Lucas Country Cabin: $975.00
  • Shugpop's: $725.00

Reservations:

  • 2 night minimum stay required
  • $25 additional fee for each person over group of four
  • Sales Tax is 9.0% (5.0% VA State & 4.0% Lodging)
  • 50% deposit required to secure reservation
  • No Pets allowed
  • Check-in @ 3 PM
  • Check-out @ 12 PM

Cancellation Policy:

  • Full refund of deposit (Less a $35 cancellation fee) if cancelled more than 30 days prior to your stay.
  • No refund of your deposit if cancelled within 30 days of your stay.
  • Any cancellations made within 14 days of your arrival will be billed the full amount on your reservation receipt.
